In development we invest in residential properties in Frankfurt am Main focusing on Downtown and the Districts of Bockenheim, Nordend, Bornheim, Ostend and Gallus. In these city quarters we develop residential in urban redensification areas by rehabilization or rezoning.

After the introduction of the German REIT act in 2007 we have engineered a Pre-REIT structure scheduled to build a property portfolio focusing on corporate credit tenants in the German "big seven" metropolitan areas.
